About this cottage rental
This former farmhouse offers a joyful burst of life in the peaceful countryside. Just a stone's throw away are the Loire Valley châteaux and renowned tourist attractions and leisure sites. Ground floor: living room (sofa bed), kitchen, WC, storage, 1st bedroom (queen bed), shower room + WC. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (double bed), 3rd bedroom (two single beds), 4th bedroom (two single beds), mezzanine/relaxation area, bathroom, WC. Electric heating is included in the rates. Enjoy a 1km walking loop (wooded park). There is a swing set, trampoline, and ping-pong table. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Subject to availability: bicycles are available for loan, and two electric bikes can be rented. All-inclusive (except tourist tax): heating, electricity, firewood, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owners. Electric car charging point (no extra charge).

This former 18th-century farmhouse is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, an area rich in historical heritage and offering numerous recreational, sporting, and family activities. During school holidays, younger children will appreciate the large communal playground with swings, bicycles, ping-pong, trampoline, and more, providing the opportunity to make new holiday friends, while parents can enjoy moments of peace and quiet. Each accommodation has its own private lawn with garden furniture, a barbecue, and private parking, all within a landscaped screen to ensure privacy.
