About this house rental

This property is a mill of the 12th century completely renovated with respect for authenticity and enjoying all the comforts.
The house is in a beautiful park of 1ha fully enclosed and not overlooked, crossed by the river with a terrace at the water's edge and various places encouraging rest and relaxation.
It is ideally located 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Blois in a charming village on the edge of the forest accessible for walks or bike rides.
It consists of a large kitchen perfectly equipped dining opening onto a veranda, 4 large double rooms of more than 20 m2 each with a bathroom or shower with toilet, a living room of 40m2 with wood stove , a dining room and upstairs a second mezzanine lounge with a 2nd TV and a lounge / library / games room.
Possibility to park several vehicles inside the property.
Fishing can be practiced in the property.
Nearby there is a whole trail of hiking trails along the river La Cisse.
The main castles, Blois, Chambord, Chenonceau, Amboise, Cheverny, Chaumont are less than 35 kms, the Beauval Zoo 48 kms and a large amusement park for children 50 kms.
At 10 kms you will find access to the Loire by bike and to the wine route of Touraine.
A golf course is 15 kms and a second 40 kms.
Possibility of 4 extra beds in a second cottage attached to the mill (contact us)

Linen provided (towels, tea towels)
Sheets are not provided but can be rented for 15 € per bed (payable on arrival)
Baby cot and high chair available on request.
The deposit to be paid on arrival is 1500 €

The photographs don’t do justice to this beautiful home and gardens. It has to be seen and experienced. We had a perfect stay. The area is wonderful to explore and Patrice gave us great help and recommendations. We felt honoured to be given the opportunity to stay in this loved family home. We plan to return.
