On the ground floor: A 37m² studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen including a two-burner ceramic hob, Senseo coffee machine, and filter coffee maker.
The living area includes a lounge with a smart TV and two single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined to form a bed to suit your needs.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the first floor: living room, equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), one bathroom (shower), and a toilet.
On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), bathroom (bathtub), toilet.
On the 3rd floor: 1 additional bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), toilet and sink.
No outdoor space. Free parking 50m away, paid parking nearby. Secure bicycle storage available upon request.
Wi-Fi. Non-smoking accommodation. Cot and high chair available upon request.

The train station is a 15-minute walk away, and you'll find a cycle path in front of the house. You can easily get around Blois on foot or by public transport, allowing you to discover the city's architectural heritage, its Royal Château, the House of Magic, the Comic Book Museum, and remarkable gardens (rose garden, Bishop's Gardens, etc.). For cycling enthusiasts, Blois is a stop on the "Loire à Vélo" and "Châteaux de la Loire à Vélo" routes. You are also in the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux region (Cheverny, Chambord, Amboise, etc.) and just one hour from the superb Beauval Zoo/Safari Park.
