About this cottage rental
All-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax). Halfway between Amboise and Chaumont, restored 18th century house, independent but close to the owner, in a village with breathtaking views of the Loire Valley. Ground floor: kitchen, living room (HIFI), shower room, toilet. Upstairs with air-conditioned bedrooms: 1st bedroom (3 single beds), 2nd bedroom (double bed, child's bed for under 3s). Cottage not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Electric heating included. Private unfenced garden 1600 m² in lawn (sun loungers). Table football for adults, ping-pong. Baby kit (chair, playpen, bathtub). Property approved as a Refuge Jardin d'Oiseaux (LPO), promoting biodiversity with an Eco-Pasture (sheep). ADSL, WIFI. Included in the prices: heating, electricity, towels, sheets (beds made), table linen, end-of-stay cleaning. Free provision of 2 VTCs and 2 electrically assisted bicycles. Charging point for electric cars 1 km away in the village of Cangey. Characterful, comfortably equipped gîte on an old 18th century rural property in an environment providing calm and rejuvenation. Ideally located to explore the entire Loire Valley and enjoy life in the Jardin de la France. A dream location for those who want to combine tranquility and proximity to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley (Amboise 10 minutes away, Chenonceau, Chaumont and its International Garden Festival, Cheverny, Blois, Chambord, Beauval Zoo, etc.) without forgetting the famous vineyards of Amboise, Vouvray, Montlouis, boat trips on the Loire and walks in the surrounding countryside (on foot or with electrically assisted bicycles). Wooded property favoring biodiversity (LPO refuge) where a 1600 m² plot awaits the children's games who can also visit the sheep evolving according to the Eco Pasture technique offering an environment allowing them to keep wonderful memories.
