Old 19th century winemaker's house in the heart of the Loire Valley and the AOC Touraine-Amboise vineyard, at the gateway to the great châteaux of the Valley of the Kings (approximately 15 minutes from Amboise and 30 minutes from Chenonceau). Ground floor: living room/lounge, kitchen, toilet, shower room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (queen-size bed + private partitioned shower room), (2 single beds), (2 single beds), bathroom, toilet. Baby bed. WIFI access. Electric heating extra (according to meter reading). Private enclosed courtyard of 100 m² with parking. 200 m² unenclosed garden on a hillside. Cellar for bicycles. Included in the price: sheets (beds made). Non-smoking gîte. Bicycle rental in Dame Marie les Bois approximately 10 km away.
