great place for family getaway

the place was amazing. great location with a great view. the areas were spacious and beds comfortable. tv’s in every room games and a pool table available. The kids loved the gaming table but the controls were a bit worn. hot tub was very nice three is the max unless you want overflow. Maintenance was SUPER! came out right away to fix problems, great job.

parking a bit limited, max three cars. only had a couple trash bags so bring for a tall kitchen . anything more needs a scheduled pickup or taken to office. freezer door would not close unless you pushed it hard. Kitchen table needs repair and sofas are showing wear.

We enjoyed the area attractions but the cabin need to be upgraded.

The space was adequate.

The description stated that the bedrooms had ensuite but there was only one bedroom with an ensuite. The other bedrooms had bathrooms that were in/down the hallway. The dishwasher had standing water that had a foul odor and the handle was broken so we had to pull on the door to open it. There was not a lot of parking. The house was really dusty and there were trash or food under one of the beds. The sofa was broken, which almost cost me a trip to the ER. The rooms were cold so we had to use portable heaters.

I do not like how the neighbors in the house above our street could see right into our property. Please consider putting up shades or blinds for more privacy . This is especially important at night time when the lights are on and they can see directly into the house from their decks. This is a privacy issue and should have been mentioned before renting.

40th Birthday W/Friends

Plenty of room for everyone and beautiful views

It was not clean when we got there, looked like no one stayed in it for a month and it was never touched. Hideaway bedding had cobwebs all over it in the closet. The floor was sticky, and there was a few other issues I needed to report. Called as soon as we got in and inspected. The next night the AC or washer over flow or something was not hooked up right and leaked water all over the floor. I called for a repair man but one of our guys fixed while I was on the phone. The lady asked if our stay was going good I explained the dirty cabin and she offered to send someone the next day to clean it. We had 15 people staying with all there stuff. There was no way to clean and not everyone felt comfortable with someone coming in. It should have been clean before we got there. The Bear trap garbage can isn't big enough for a cabin of 16 people. When we left I told the guys it has to latch closed all over floor is to be left in kitchen. When we pulled off we had about 6 bags in the kitchen and as I drove passed the bear box it wasn't closed because of over flow still. I immediately called to report it so it could be addressed. The hot tub was not very hot and was told we couldn't adjust it heat so that was disappointing. Plus the lack of cleaning supplies. All we had was a broom. All trash bags and toilet paper we brought from home or had to buy.

Awesome view, great location, but did not feel relaxing.

Location was great. The view was breathtaking.

DUSTY! It was obvious the cleaning crew hit the high spots but it wouldn't hurt to run a swiffer duster over the blinds and baseboards. Spiderwebs everywhere. Main floor livingroom furniture felt broken and uncomfortable to sit on. Hot tub leaked and was low on water. Bathroom floors were swept but not clean. When we first arrived there was an odor in the air that stayed the entire time. The cabin its self has a great layout, it just didn't feel comfortable.

Property was clean and perfect for our large family.

Stove burners did not work. We brought food to save money but could not use the stove.
