We stayed in the cabin Splash Happy on the Creek for my 50th birthday. Everything about this cabin is amazing!! Incredibly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all of your basic needs. The location is perfect, 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. So very peaceful and quiet, I don’t want to leave! We will definitely return.

We celebrated our 25 anniversary and the cabin was a great place to celebrate, and get a way. We didn’t get the heart shaped tub, but the outdoor hot tub made up for it. The cabin was very spacious and clean. We would for sure come back.

Dirty floors, stained walls, hair in the fridge and bathrooms, tub with white stains, couch smells so bad. Old food on the stove, old food fell onto our food from the top vent. Shower curtain stained with yellow stuff. Hated the comfort, didn’t want to touch anything, my foot never touched the floors.

My husband and I loved the cabin. It was spacious, very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sitting area on the deck. Grocery store was nearby and check out very easy. All the items needed in the kitchen were available. The staff member on site was friendly and helpful. If your in need of a hair dryer, bring!

Was a last minute getaway trip for the wife and I and loved it! Super private and cosey can't complain about anything!! Not too far from Gatlinburg about 10-15 minutes or longer depending on traffic but that's Gatlinburg for ya.

Had saw reviews about the hot tub being bad but after we checked in and went to dinner it was a perfeft temperature and worked properly. The only complaint i have is the free wifi was pretty terrible. Which wouldnt be a big deal had it not been for cellular service not being avaliable while inside the cabin. Overall had a great time and will be revisisting. 10 out of 10 do recommend.

Comfortable bed. Nice hot tub. The cabin was generally pretty dated. Carpet was frayed and stained. This was an expensive cabin and I would have expected it to be more up to date. The shower was very small and almost unusable

We didn't get the attachment so we had a hard time finding the place when we did get the information we had to stop at the chapel and it was printed out for us we finally arrived and reading the 5 pages that were supposed to be attached I would of not made the reservation. There are restrictions on the wifi you should bring a flashlight you should have a4 wheel drive..we arrived couldn't get the dish to work for the tv, the top sheet had huge blue colored stains across it and a few very small spots on the fitted sheet..no wifi sooo I had to not have covers for the night and no tv trying to just chill after the 9hr drive. The next days the sheets and tv was fixed and from there besides the wifi issue the stay was nice the hottub was amazing we didn't use any real dishes we went out so we didn't have to worry about doing the dishes you do have to put the trash in your car and take it somewhere else so the bears don't get into it....

We absolutely loved our stay. Upon arrival we were Extremely excited as we entered. Very cozy inviting clean, well prepared for our arrival. The staff was always available when we call to enquire about anything. The Hot tub was Amazing worked Great and to our surprise heated and ready for us to beging our 32 Anniversary!! We highly recommend and we will be returning. Their Security System is top notch, no worries. Neighboring rentals were no bother All the privacy anyone would want!! It was beautiful. They had towels in the shape of swans making a heart on the bed and a gift bag of snacks. They jetted tub is amazing. It's large and very romantic. The parking wasn't so great. The pictures do make it look like you have more privacy then you do. But overall pleasent. Quiet and romantic. Don't check I'm at night you will get lost and the roads are steep.

It was a nice view on your back porch but every other cabin was to close. The room was very dusty which made my allergies act up. They down sized our cabin without 100% confirmation from us. The drain was clogged in the tub. Sheets and towels were clean so that’s a plus. The staff wasn’t bad at all I won’t be staying with them again though. This was for our 10 year anniversary and wasn’t impressed at all.

I like thi property have two bedrooms so if you come with kids it’s great cabin to book . Nice view for out said enjoy hot tub . Property need to update them address. They give me address is not saw in GPS or google search . Address was wrong . And out said deck table and chair was filled with dust was not clean . They sat up tray with wine glass have two empty candy rap . Looks like some one eat hard candy and just left there. Overall property is nice we enjoy cabin
