The location for us was great, 5th floor (there is an elevator) with side balcony that has direct view of the sea across the street. The building location is perhaps a twenty minute walk from the train station, which wasn't bad as you are walking parallel to the sea along the lungomare, the apartment was fully equiped (separte bedroom, kitchen and bath) each of which were clean roomy and very comfortable. The host, Enrico was outstanding. Easily reachable by text, very helpful and genuinely concerned that we had all we needed as well as providing suggestions as to places to see along with restaurant and stores in the area.

Nothing - everthing was fine, wish we could have stayed longer.

It was private & we felt safe & secure! A particular convenience was having an elevator (although small), as we were on the 5th floor! It (the apartment, not the elevator) had 2 balconies, one of which overlooked the Tyrrhenian Sea, which was directly across the street from the apartment; and a bus stop immediately across the street from the front door! Our stay was during the summer heat wave of 2022 & the A/C served as welcome relief after a very hot day of sightseeing! Breakfast was provided & the kitchen was amply supplied with all items necessary for preparing a few meals on our own! The bedroom, bathroom & kitchen provided more than adequate space & were nicely appointed!

There was nothing about our stay in this lovely apartment that we didn’t enjoy!
