Our stay was very nice, we enjoyed the apartment. The main advantage is the location - just a step away from a very nice, calm and relaxed beach with clean water and affordable prices. Rooms are very spacious and exactly are as on the photos. The kitchen is big and has everything is needed for a short stay. The apartment has a second bathroom which is an advantage when a lot of people are staying. Also, the washing machine and all the cleaning supplies were available, which is very helpful. The view on the sea from the balcony is very pleasant. The owner is a very nice, communicative and responsive host who was attentive to us.

The main issue was the amount of noise in the nights, which is probably not something that can be fixed, since the windows face a very busy street. It was not possible to sleep in one room some of the nights due to the noise. Also, the second bathroom has an unfixed leaking problem, so the water was on the floor, maybe this can be fixed. The bathroom did not have a key, maybe a locking mechanism would be needed.

Tutto bene. Alloggio grande e confortevole, adiacente alla spiaggia, in posizione centrale dove nelle vicinanze c’è dí tutto come ristorazione, negozi, supermercati e altro. A 5-10 minuti di cammino si trova fermata metro Pastena. Host gentilissimo.

Parcheggio auto da ricercare nelle vie adiacenti la struttura.

Tiene dos habitaciones muy cómodas con camas grandes una vista al y tiene la playa justo al lado, es muy completo tiene de todo nos gustó mucho el anfitrión una persona muy servicial.

Lo único rescatable son los amplios dormitorios, y camas cómodas. Y que está a unos pasos de la playa. Se ve parte del mar por el balcón de un lado del piso.

Edificio antiguo, por fuera parece que en cualquier momento se cae, ascensor que dejaba de funcionar por horas y al ver que otros lo usaban, me subí y me quedé atrapada por media hora junto a mis hijos, horrible experiencia sumado los 34 grados de calor. Un tercer piso que parecía sexto. Abrí la lavandería del piso, muy sucio, con arena y con señales que no lo limpian por meses, encontré ropa de otras personas debajo de la cama, frigider cochino, mala limpieza.
