Clean, quiet, the lady who runs it was kind and respectful. Hot water in the shower. Had everything I needed. Very close to a supermarket, restaurant, ATMs, and shops where you can buy a SIM card. Bus stop nearby too.
A bit far from the old town but you can still walk there and see some local neighborhoods along the way. Walls are thin so you can hear other people talking, but it wasn't an issue for me.

The room has heating. The bathroom is well-kept and equipped with everything you need. The internet is good enough for remote work. The hostess is quite friendly.
Very uncomfortable bed, body sinks into mattress. The battery is right next to the bed and the room is very small, so be prepared that the air in the room will be very dry (cold season).

Good location - close to buses into city or easy enough to walk. Clean facilities and kind host.
Difficult to find property. Very small room struggled to fit two persons gear in. Really bad smell from drains particularly in one bathroom.

I liked the room as it was cozy and comfortable and the neighborhood was quite .
The place turned out to be shared place not private as described on the site, Many times I found someone else's hair on the bed and the flat was missing a cooking stove or at least i didn't see it where it supposed to be.
