Very clean room, with conditioner. Free use of tea, coffee and sugar, plus fridge, freezer and microwave. Very quiet zone, no noise during the night. International guests, with very different ages. The owner is always available on WhatsApp, she speaks English fluently and understands it very well. Free WiFi available. Shower with hot water always available. Even iron available.
A bit far from the bus stop, on a small hill, some spiders in the kitchen, between curtains and windows, but I would choose the same place for holidays many other times.

Clean, quiet, the lady who runs it was kind and respectful. Hot water in the shower. Had everything I needed. Very close to a supermarket, restaurant, ATMs, and shops where you can buy a SIM card. Bus stop nearby too.
A bit far from the old town but you can still walk there and see some local neighborhoods along the way. Walls are thin so you can hear other people talking, but it wasn't an issue for me.

The room has heating. The bathroom is well-kept and equipped with everything you need. The internet is good enough for remote work. The hostess is quite friendly.
Very uncomfortable bed, body sinks into mattress. The battery is right next to the bed and the room is very small, so be prepared that the air in the room will be very dry (cold season).
