Hostel Aleksandria

I had booked a bed in a women's dorm, but a problem arose with the room that wasn't the hotel's fault. They upgraded my room to a private room free of charge, and I stayed there for the rest of my trip. The hotel was clean and tidy, with a small kitchenette and complimentary tea and coffee. The location is very central; I could easily walk everywhere, and it's also conveniently accessible to airport buses. They were helpful with late check-in and allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would stay there again when I return to Tbilisi.

This hostel is located in the city center, with very affordable prices. It’s quiet and not crowded, and the facilities are comfortable and quite clean. The host provides free laundry and luggage storage services.

First, this hostel has significant management loopholes. It operates on a self-check-in basis, with only a coded lock at the main door, and there is no one available to address issues in a timely manner. Secondly, on two separate nights, someone entered my room in the middle of the night to use the shower and toilet, which made me feel extremely unsafe (even though it was later explained that it was a woman from the neighboring room). After I requested and was moved to another room, communication with the host became difficult—they stopped replying to any messages and insisted that I call instead. In other words, the emergency management response here is almost non-existent, which is especially concerning for solo female travelers.

Pomocny i miły właściciel, przestronna kuchnia, co-working space. Czysto, spokojnie, hostel z kulturalnymi gośćmi. Pokój z prywatną łazienką, biurkiem, kanapą do relaksu, AC, zamykanymi szafkami. Przy każdym łóżku zasłonka, lampka, gniazdko, świeża pościel. Świetna lokalizacja- zaraz koło Placu Wolności i większości muzeów. W Tbilisi wrócę tylko do tego hostelu. Dziękuję bardzo!

No hay recepción y no te dan el código de ingreso para entrar al hotel, o sea que puede esperar afuera mucho tiempo. Por suerte había un huésped que me abrió la puerta y sólo tuve que esperar 1 hora a que viniera a hacerme el checkin
