Loved the layout all on one level, had everything you needed. All rooms were excellent. Love the village so close to local pub and easy drive to Cromer, Sheringham, Wroxham and Great Yarmouth. Would highly recommend

Property has plenty of character, superb hot tub, the Local people so friendly, Local pub brilliant and the location was spot on.
Wasnt accessible for wheelchair as expected. High step onto decking to get into the propery then another high step between summer room and kitchen.
Wouldnt advice parking at the property if you didnt want to wash your car daily (trees overhang leaving alot sap and bird poo ) but at least peace of mind knowing car was safe as very secure.

Gorgeous property. Beautifully set up. The hot tub and swing chair were a real favourite. Great place to chill out and forget the world.

Lovely quiet location, enjoyed the hot tub.
This is not an accessible property and should not be advertised as such. Step onto the decking. One accessible doorway into conservatory area then steps out of either side. The toilets were not accessible without great struggle. No grab rails, narrow doorways.
If i had not had my family with me I would not have managed my husband alone as he is unable to walk.
