Its a good property to stay with family and friends, nice clean and good for money. The host is very flexible and nice, made the arrangements for our stay and very responsive.

Location was very good. Easy reach if various coastal locations and pubs by car.
Plenty of outside seats and tables for relaxing and eating. Good sized garden with plenty of sniffy areas for dogs.
Safe parking.
Less public footpaths for walks from cottage without using main roads. Managed to use a 2 mile circuit outlined in cottage information.

Could use a little modernization/maintenance, the bathroom bin falling to bits for example

The location was amazing , beautiful gardens and very peaceful .
The property needs refurbing , the kitchen and especially the bathroom .
