The position is super good in the central square of Kutaisi.
The building is very nice on the outside, but the common part inside is quite terrible. Also several floors with no elevator.
The apartment is nice: a bit dated but the vibe was good. Spatious apartment.
The common part of the building is a bit scary.
The bathroom is very small and overall the apartment could be revised a bit and cleaned better.
Spatious apartment with two bedrooms, but they must be passed-through to reach the kitchen and the bathroom - so no privacy.

Priestranný, čistý apartmán s dostatočným priestorom pre 4 osoby. Dve samostatné spálne, obrovská obývačka, kuchyňa, kúpeľňa. Velmi prijemne posedenie v obývačke. Vynikajúca lokalita v centre priamo pri veľkej fontáne. Milá pani domáca bola ochotná urobiť nám check out aj v neskorých nočných hodinách, nakoľko býva o 2 poschodia nižšie ako sa nachádza apartmán.
Prvý dojem zo vstupu do budovy, kde sa apartmán nachádza bol odstrašujúci. Kúpeľňa mohla byť čistejšia.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of the city. It was very clean. The apartment is spacious and is very cool even on very hot days.
The bed is comfortable, there is a reasonably well equipped kitchen with a great fridge.
There is a very large dining table in the living room which makes it very difficult to find anywhere to sit comfortably and wastes the space in the room. The clip to hold the shower up doesn't work. The apartment is up 3 flights of dark stairs which are poorly lit.
