The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The host was very welcoming. Private parking was very useful but it was a little tricky to enter and leave due to the narrow passage way.

The apartment was generally clean but the washing machine silicone seal was mouldy. Tea towels would have been useful.

We initially booked only two days with Mamuka because we had originally booked another place in Kutaisi which unfortunately was not very good. Since we needed to find another accommodation quickly, we decided to book just two nights first to see how everything was. I called Mamuka before arriving, and he gave us a very warm welcome. He is extremely responsive on WhatsApp and almost always replies immediately. Throughout our stay, he was very service-minded, kind, and genuinely helpful. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and honestly even nicer than in the photos. Everything was very clean, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was also very quiet and peaceful, with no noise, which made it especially relaxing. On top of that, there was a beautiful view from the apartment. There was secure parking for our rental car in the basement garage, and the whole building felt very safe and secure. The location is perfect, right in the center of Kutaisi with easy access to everything nearby. The moment we walked into the apartment, we immediately decided to extend our stay by six more days directly with Mamuka, which is why it does not appear in this booking. We can highly recommend both the apartment and especially Mamuka as a host. He made us feel safe, comfortable, and very well taken care of throughout our stay.♥️🌹🙏🏻
