Plenty of necessities to get thru first 48 hrs (toilet paper paper towels dish soap trash bags etc) Decor was very cute with open concept, great for family or multiple couples. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would recommend is larger pans for the kitchen (the frying pans were small and made it hard to cook for 6 people....but definitely not a deal breaker!) Backyard space is open and spacious, great landscaping, plenty of seating with pergola and screened in porch. Grill, which included propane. Very central to multiple stores but the neighborhood is very quiet and you hear no traffic or bustle. Would recommend and will definitly come back again.

It was a pretty decent place to stay. The pictures listed were exactly as advertised. The pool water was cold, perfect for hot summer weather. It did its job with having a place to stay and has a lot of stuff to use.

When we arrived the place looked clean - upon closer inspection and better lighting - the place was a little icky (keep in mind my wife is a clean freak). We ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the house ourselves so we could fee comfortable there for the month that we were there. This included purchasing a steam cleaner and trying to clean the living room sofa, love seat, and chair. One cushion on the sofa needs replaced or drycleaned... yuck - The house is also on a busy street as during week days many cars cut through this neighborhood on this street - there is even a speed bump on the road (2 of them in fact) but that didn't slow down most cars. We had a pet with us some with no sidewalks in the neighborhood it was difficult/risky to walk the dog down the street - luckily the was a side street with less traffic close by.
