Great location and nice pool area. Washing machine was awesome and beach equipment was great.
Home was musty smelling patio lights would not come on. Master bedroom sink has a massive leak and the sliding glass door blinds were missing blinds. Overall nice little house for a small family. Also kitchen sink drain leaks and garbage disposal trips breaker.

Average. Would not come back. The dishes are in a terrible shape, the pots are old and not one is big enough. The knives wouldn't cut anything. No laundry baskets. No bin for plastic in the kitchen. We were not able to watch TV. Everything is over applications, other renters were logged in--did not want to waste my time trying to figure out how to watch at least upaid channels. What was a terrible experience--somebody walked in the garage without letting us know and took the trash cans out, which we would have done by ourselves—absolutely an invasion of privacy. The house is dirty from the outside, the bricks on the pavement are loose, and my son hurt his foot on the first day. Too expensive for a cheap house.
