Publix is just 10 minutes away by car. The garden is spacious and offers plenty of privacy for your comfort. The house has good air conditioning.
A few renovations here and there would help. Kitchen lower cupboard near the oven, for example.

Average. Would not come back. The dishes are in a terrible shape, the pots are old and not one is big enough. The knives wouldn't cut anything. No laundry baskets. No bin for plastic in the kitchen. We were not able to watch TV. Everything is over applications, other renters were logged in--did not want to waste my time trying to figure out how to watch at least upaid channels. What was a terrible experience--somebody walked in the garage without letting us know and took the trash cans out, which we would have done by ourselves—absolutely an invasion of privacy. The house is dirty from the outside, the bricks on the pavement are loose, and my son hurt his foot on the first day. Too expensive for a cheap house.
