The Space:
Welcome to your cozy vacation rental in Naples, Florida! This charming home boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for a family or group of friends. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light that floods the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The main living area is open and spacious, with comfortable seating where you can relax after a long day exploring Naples. The fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances and granite counter tops has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them together with views to the outdoor sub tropical landscape.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide a peaceful retreat for a good night's sleep. The main bedroom has 2 Queen Sized Beds, while the second bedroom has a King Bed. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the family room. The home has two full sized bathrooms ensuring privacy and convenience. The first bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and the second bathroom has a tub and shower combo.
Outside, there is a lovely patio area where you can soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy an al fresco meal. There is a conversation area with a outdoor gas powered firepit. The property is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, providing a tranquil oasis to unwind in.

The home includes 2 beach chairs, a beach cooler, a pack n' play and 2 cruiser bikes to use around the neighborhood. Each of the TV's are Smart and have Xfinity Cable and there is 1 Gig speed Internet/Wi Fi at our home.
Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.
To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

We enjoyed our stay at the subtropical oasis. There were enough supplies for our two night stay and the inside of the house was clean. We enjoyed some down time with the games and puzzles that were in the home. Perfect for 6 people!

Upon intial entry to the home it was beautiful. We had checked in and dropped our stuff off everything seemed fit. So went on to vacation fun. Upon returning we showered and were getting ready for bed.... my husband pulled the sheets back only to find some very disturbing remnants of bodily fluids. This then prompted us to check all the beds only to then find more remnants of presence before us. I immediately called management at 12 30 a.m to no call back and left several voicemails. I even tried to look for sheets to change the bed myself and there was no extra sheets. The couch was full of stains. One of the dining room chairs was so loose if someone sat on it it would break. We drove 19 hours to get tonthis property, I was exhausted and so were my kids. I ended up packing everything up and leaving the property and find another place to stay. I received a text the next day that my call could not be returned at this time due to the individual's location. I advised I expected a call back promptly. I received a call from Tina at Mike Z rentals who left a voicemail apologizing profusely for what I had experienced. She advised that a cleaning crew and cleaning inspector came through prior to our arrival. I folllowed up with an email submitted all the pictures I took and Tina again apologized and advised she would send a team to come clean, or would give me a full refund. I opted for the full refund. A refund was given to which I am grateful.
