Very comfortable and good sized rooms. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Was able to book a very last minute boat trip through through the concierge service desk.
The smell of weed, even though there are numerous signs around saying it is not allowed.
Sadly we had inconsiderate next door neighbours, who were very loud, and we had to ask nicely to try and keep the noise down on 2 nights as we couldnt sleep.

This property is fabulous, the facilities are well
maintained, breakfast buffet was great , room and all facilities clean , staff friendly and helpful.

Great location, clean, staff were superb.
There are two pools. The pool near Sands Restaurant should be adults only. A day by the pool is ruined by children constantly shouting, throwing balls etc. There is a perfectly good pool that family’s with children can use.
