Villa A, 100 meters from Budoni Beach, free WI-FI,A/C

Con tutta la famiglia abbiamo affittato tutti e tre gli appartamenti, villa a, villa b e little villa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i comfort, come aria condizionata, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e sono ben arredati con mobili nuovi. Il giardino della casa che è condiviso tra i tre appartamenti è bello e ben tenuto, ottimo per i bambini. La posizione perfetta perché vicinissima alla spiaggia. Il proprietario Pasquale gentile e molto disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene!

Villa proche du Village avec toutes commodités. En termes d'équipements, ni micro-onde ni de four, le micro-onde serait un plus. Pasquale trés réactif et coopératif, parle plusieurs langues.

The apartment has a very good layout, comfortable for a family of four. It is in a quite place, good location, though the closest beach is not that nice but it is very easy to get on the highway and explore some great beaches nearby. Parking is very convenient, car was in the shade by mid PM by an olive tree.The covered terrace is a great place to eat and play. The gecco family takes care of the mosquitos in the evening :) The lawn is also good for kids to play and partly shaded in the morning and later in the afternoon. The outside shower is very refreshing when returning from the beach. The apt is well equipped, has everything needed for a good stay. We slightly missed the microwave to reheat the food but had plenty of pans amd pots to manage. The fridge is very nice size. The apt has very spacious rooms. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of space for clothes in both rooms. Overall I can highly recommend this apartment.

Super nahe zum schönen Strand, man braucht kein Auto. Leider ist im Oktober auch die nahe gelegene Bar nicht offen und für ins Dorf ( bis zum ersten Einkaufsladen)läuft man mit Kindern schon gute 15 Min. Für in ein Restaurant sogar weiter. Das Dorf ist ziemlich in die länge gezogen,wo man für ein Gelati 30 Min.läuft. Der Sitzplatz ist für den Hochsommer genial. Keine Sonne und Schatten. Dafür haben wir im Herbst schon drinnen gefrühstückt, weil einfach keine Sonneneinstrahlung da war. Das hatte man auch der ganzen Wohnung angemerkt. Daher hatten auch wir in der Nacht eher kalt und die Wolldecken haben nicht gereicht. Im Kinderzimmer waren nur kleine dünne Wolldecken. Ansonsten war es sauber aber leider fühlte sich die Wohnung ziemlich feucht an. Die Küche hatte eindeutig zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr. Da es einen Geschirrspüler hatte, haben wir diesen nicht gebraucht, weil das Geschirr, ja gar nicht für einen Tag gereicht hätte wenn man Frühstückt, Evt. ein Imbiss nimmt und am Abend nochmals deckt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hatte immer schnell geantwortet via Mail. Würde diese Unterkunft nur noch im Hochsommer nehmen, und auch nur dann, wenn man gerne Leute von der Terrasse aus beobachtet, denn daneben befindet sich ein grosser Parkplatz.
