About this house rental

New villa situated 100 metres far from the beach and 400 metres from the centre of the village.

All the main facilities (bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants) easily and quickly reachable (not more than 800 metres far).

Air Conditioning , dishwasher, barbecue.

The villa has a wide living room, 2 bedroom, a bathroom, a living veranda, ideal for relaxing dinners

We – a not so young married couple - had a wonderful vacation in October 2022 in this villa in Budoni, which was very clean and equipped with everything you would need for relaxing holidays. In addition, it is near the wonderful beach, as already described in previous reviews. Nice owners Annamaria & Pasquale have welcomed us despite our late arrival. We can recommend the rental of this house and the other comments can also be confidently approved. We think it was not our last visit to Budoni and we will try to stay at the house again.

Solo alcuni accorgimenti in casa per agevolare il soggiorno (ex: filo tendi panni x asciugamani e lenzuola, doccia più pratica x bambini).il resto molto ok,pulito e confortevole.
