About this house rental
The house was rebuilt in 2019.
Sleeps 4 adults + 1 toddler or 2 adults and 3 children (in a 180cm bed)
The house is approx. 90 m2, offers a spacious living area, 1 bedroom with double bed, baby bed and balcony, another bedroom with door to the front garden, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea on the horizon.
A total of 5 beds are available, should you need an additional baby bed, please contact us.
The location is perfect for a car-free vacation if you wish, all shops for daily needs such as restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and of course the ice cream parlor are within walking distance. Piazza Italia with its bars and restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away.
The fine sandy Budoni beach is approx. 1,500 meters away, use the free bus during the summer months to explore the surrounding beaches and bays.
The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. Fridge with freezer and separate wine cooler.
In the living room there is a large flat screen TV with satellite reception (German, Italian and French programs), ADSL internet access and a stereo system.
A washing machine is in the lower bathroom.
Barbecue area and outdoor shower with hot and cold water are available in the private garden.
Enjoy the sunset with a view over Budoni on the spacious 15 m² terrace. Smoking is allowed here, smoking is not permitted in the house itself.

Uns hat am besten die perfekte Ausstattung und die gute Lage des Ferienhauses gefallen. Es fehlte an nichts und vom Objekt sind schöne Strände, Gastronomie und viele Einkaufsmöglichen gut zu erreichen.
Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ganz neue Doppelhaushälfte (2019). Wie auf Homepage beschrieben sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Je ein Schlafzimmer und Bad auf jedem Stockwerk. Lage am Hang etwas erhöht, man kann über die anderen Häuser hinweg in die Ferne schauen.
Prompte Reaktion des Vermieters via Whatsapp bei Problemen. Super. Wir hatten z.B. aus Versehen Schalter betätigt, die Küchengeräte abschalten.
Kleines raffiniertes Detail: Licht auf großem Balkon lässt sich dimmen (vorher Schalter innen betätigen).
Da kann man abends stimmungsvoll draußen noch ein Gläschen genießen ...
Wichtig: vom Vermieter Anfahrt genau beschreiben lassen, vor allem wenn man im Dunkeln ankommt (und wie bei uns das Navi streikt...).
An der Einfahrt zur kleinen Via Asproni fährt man leicht vorbei.
