TONIS Le Petit Nicolas 1BD Apartment in Koukaki!

Akropolis fußläufig erreichbar, genauso wie das Stadtzentrum. Gratis Parkmöglichkeiten in den Straßen rund um den Gebäudekomplex in dem sich das Apartment befindet. Gemütliche und gute Kaffees und Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Das Apartment bietet ausreichend Platz und Komfort für kurze und längere Aufenthalte. Ein Plus der Ausstattung ist die Waschmaschine sowie diverse Erste-Hilfe Sets. Großzügige Unterkunft, gut gelegen, einfacher Kontakt zum Vermieter, überaus komfortabel, sehr sauber - alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt der keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Wir hatten Glück und haben direkt einen Parkplatz an der Straße gefunden, möglicherweise muss man aber einen Parkplatz etwas weiter weg in Kauf nehmen oder länger warten bis einer frei wird, da es keine zum Apartment zugeteilten Parkplätze gibt. (Die Parkhäuser in der Umgebung haben wir nicht genutzt, unter anderem wegen der schlechten Bewertungen)

The apartment was clean, well decorated, and well equipped. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The area is quiet and safe, it’s a middle class residential area with great restaurants nearby. I walked around at 5am and late in the evenings and had no issue.

If I had to be picky, it would be that the bedroom shutters did not completely block out light.

Very conveniently situated, close to nice restaurants and a short walk to the Acropolis. Toni was a great host, going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable.. coffee and tea was a nice touch! The apartment is immaculate and clean and tastefully decorated, exactly as in the pictures. The check-in procedure was also super easy and professional.
