Modern Apartment, Short Walk to Acropolis Sites

Loved the location and very friendly / responsive staff.

Very modern apartment inside. Was as advertised. Air conditioning worked well and kitchen was well-stocked. It's 10-15 minute walk from Acropolis, which was nice and convenient. The hosts were fairly responsive, though not always super quick. The apartment was also well stocked with soap, towels and everything we needed. Nice and close to a pedestrian area with great restaurants we went to every night. That was really great!

Garbage from previous guests was left for us to dispose of. Couple towels were nice and folded on beds but were actually dirty. Not a huge deal to sort out ourselves, but still not ideal. The awning outside the bedroom was super loud in the wind. We thought it was construction. Just had to wind it up tho and it was fine after. The neighbourhood is a bit grimy with lots of leaking air conditioners dropping on the sidewalks. Another thing was that the host told us to leave keys in the lockbox on checkout, which we did, but then called us saying "the cleaners couldn't find the keys." I guess the cleaners were expecting them to be inside the apartment. Also, before arrival we got a second message through Booking.com asking us to put ID data into a website, even though we'd already sent it to them. Host told us to ignore it. Might wanna work on the communication.

Comfy bed. I slept like a baby :) also the host, Yasmine, was very helpful and replied very promptly.

The shower leaked through the door - improperly sealed. Also the tap was broken. I’ve notified the owner/agency.
