We were very pleased with our stay overall. We chose this place based on reviews and descriptions and were happy. It’s a great location, very neat, clean and comfortable. The directions to the location were great and access was easy.
The owners have created a very nice place to stay and we understood their concerns for their home but it was a bit disconcerting to be asked to follow a set of rules (closing shutters, opening windows, turning off lights when not in use) that were not mentioned when we booked. Kind of made us feel like children.
We were also told after we checked in that our energy consumption was included in our price but that they would check the meter for consumption upon check out and that we could possibly be charged a supplemental consumption fee. These rules/demands need to be listed upfront for consideration before booking.

This is our second stay in this wonderful apartment. It is beautifully decorated, with original period pieces of furniture - it is perfect for visiting Venice. The kitchen in particular is very well equipped .Eugenio is very helpful and available if you have any questions, it was good to see him again. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
