Ideal family villa with private salted solar heated pool, within 5 min. drive from the beach.
A 300m2 house with big terraces and relaxing outer spaces which make it an ideal place for a perfect family holiday. Air conditioning all throughout the house except on 2 spare bottom floor bedrooms that makes fans, Internet WIFI, 10 sunbeds, and a barbecue space.
Restaurants, supermarket, chemist, 2 streets away. La Zenia mall 8min drive, and 15min drive from the center area with all the main attractions

Just home from a lovely holiday in this large spacious villa.
Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped.
The kitchen had everything we needed and we had a lovely bbq whilst we were there.
Some areas of the villa are slightly run down and need some maintaining. Most of the showers weren’t great and the outdoor sofa is worn and torn although that area under the shade is a lovely spacious area.
As a large group it would have been useful to have more than one set of keys and some instructions for some of the facilities such as pool lights, use of the keys for the electronic gates and garage, how to keep the pool clean / cleaning days etc.
The villa is close to a great set of bars, restaurants and shops / supermarket but it’s a tough walk if you don’t have a car and carrying shopping in the Spanish heat!
Overall though we had a fantastic holiday and the villa was very beautiful.

Lovely villa in great location. Close to all amenities and a short drive to lovely beaches. Lots of outside space and a lovely pool. My only suggestion would be to provide some sun umbrellas by the pool
