Clean and tidy, nice view over pool

The swimming pool had to many rules I.e. No drinks or food in the pool area, which spoilt my holiday.

Comfortable and bright

Very disappointed that the apartment had not been cleaned since the last people had stayed. Quickly resolved after a few phone calls.

Jacuzzi was not working for 10 days. Parking space allocated to the property was incredibly inconvenient and caused a lot of stress. Not enough sun beds for the complex, this caused the apartment owners to dictate to guests on how many sun beds they could use and how long they could leave their sun beds for. On two occasions the apartment had a power cut because the circuit board was wired correctly to allow usage of several appliances running at once. Communal bins located at the front of the complex, lots of dumped rubbish left all the time and it was not cleared up. No cleaning products or start up supplies given. Not enough towels. Only one set of keys given at check in. Check in was done via a lock box at an alternative site which turned out to be a broken lock box. This delayed the check in procedure.
