El Galan 4BR Holiday Villa with Private Pool EG33

Nicely furnished and done with thought. All additions (kitchen crockery, cutlery, pans etc, towels, bedding etc) appeared new and fresh, despite it being an older property. Thankful most windows had mosquito guards to enable fresh air into the property. Also thankful air con available in main rooms when required. Access to washing machine, air dryer, all sun chairs new, games box.. just brilliant.

Had issues with alarm system.. property is new to market, but guessing it is to be renovated over time. Despite new internal doors, nice furniture, much of the property is still old… shower and bathrooms with toilet roll holders rusty and falling apart etc; front door dropped causing issues with alarming the house, front door metal gate lock ceasing up and unreliable so had to leave it unlocked. On arrival, found bag containing 2 feisty towels full of sand left behind and an empty box labelled beach towels. Ceiling fan in twin room thick with dust but cleanliness everywhere else was excellent. It wasn’t easy to reach or communicate with agents until Karen got in touch a few days later and then we had a direct whats app for contact. Karen arranged chap to come and check the issues with the front door and gate and hence cause of problems identified. A beautiful stay. I am sure owners are planning to continue updates to the rest of the house with time. Additional thoughts: bath/shower mats as floors very slippery when wet. Pool/beach towels to prevent potential use of lovely bath/shower towels being used outside.
