The villa sits on a private, fully walled property and accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms – one with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a second bathroom for the remaining rooms. A cot can be arranged. Here you enjoy your own private space, with no overlooking neighbours and no shared facilities. Everything is exclusively yours.
Heated private pool – swimming all year round
The highlight of this villa is undoubtedly the heated private pool (3 x 8 m), which can be kept at a pleasant 28 to 30 °C. This way you can enjoy warm water in complete privacy not only in summer, but also during the cooler months. Pool heating is fully included in the price – no surprises.

We had the most enjoyable stay in this beautiful modern security conscious villa. Well equiped with everything you would need. It was immaculately clean, comfortable beds. It had plenty of indoor & outdoor seating areas. It has an amazing rooftop terrace. All worldwide tv channels available a home from home. Annie the host was a pleasure to deal with & replied promptly to any queries. Looking forward to a return visit. Thanks Annie

The villa is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. There is plenty of seating inside and outside for several people. The kitchen is very well-equipped with lots of extras. The pool was wonderful and warm also. Annie could not have been more helpful - the perfect host. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to return.. We had

My family and I rented this villa for a week in February, and were very impressed. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood. The layout of the villa is great with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The heated pool is such a bonus and so warm you can swim at any time of day.Annie the host is lovely and so accommodating, she made check in and check out very easy and convenient.Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely book the same villa again next time.
