Villa Breeze & Villa Coco by Konnect, Avlaki Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, and the two beachfront restaurants nearby were great. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The infinity pool was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers that allowed us to choose between relaxing in the shade or soaking up the sun. The outdoor dining table on the terrace was extremely useful, offering a shaded area with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. The master suite upstairs was exceptional, featuring a huge private terrace with stunning sea views. The villa was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, cooking essentials. There were plenty of towels available, and the washing machine was very convenient for cleaning beach towels during our stay. The villa also included private parking, which was a great advantage. Overall, this was a great property, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing seaside vacation.

Areas for Improvement: There were ants in the villa, both in the upstairs bathroom and around the kitchen area. While this may be common in warm climates, it would be helpful if this issue were addressed more effectively. During meals on the terrace, bees were frequently attracted to the table, which made outdoor dining less enjoyable. The kitchen was equipped with only basic seasonings (salt, pepper, and sugar). A wider selection of cooking essentials would be appreciated. For a stay of 5 nights with 5 guests, only 4 rolls of toilet paper were provided. We had to purchase additional rolls ourselves, so a larger supply would be helpful. The soap and shampoo were provided in very small containers that were not sufficient for the duration of our stay, requiring us to buy additional toiletries. There was only one ice cube tray in the freezer, which was somewhat limiting for a larger group. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the villa to be comfortable, well-located, and an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation.

The pool: It's super nice, deep, clean, with a great view. The location: So close to the beach and to two nice restaurants, as well to Kassiopi. Driving around is easy. The house overall: Big, nice, comfortable.

A few ants on the balcony (but not many, a minor annoyance). Second floor shower makes the rest of the bathroom too wet.

The location is the best part, just steps away from a fabulous beach and two delightful Tavernas. The pool is so peaceful and enjoyable and the air conditioning and WIFI work well. It was clean and comfortable.

The facilities could have provided more supplies, we only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one or two laundry/dishwasher pods and very little basics to cook with, no oil or kitchen supplies for a family to cook properly.

Swimming pool area is excellent

The property itself is getting tired a wardrobes and light fittings not so good and not enough kitchen crockery.
