Villa Maria Rose

I always think you should be as honest as possible with reviews as I read them religiously before I book a place. So let me start with the positives. The owners of the property are superb. They communicate with you as much as you want. I asked the lot of detailed questions before I arrived and they provided all the answers I wanted. I didn’t really need to speak to them when I was there because everything was explained so well. Next, the property. It’s excellent, exactly what you see in the pictures and the outhouse (which you use for cooking) is such an excellent addition. You don’t really use the kitchen/living room in the main house and just use it to sleep in. Everything is modern. The swimming pool and sun beds were just spot on, and the garden is kept so well. You have a 2 minute walk to what seems a private beach. Supermarket, restaurants, Kassiopi are on your doorstep. Of course you need a car but local taxis are great and easy to call. Now for the negatives, there are none.

Great location, so close to the sea and between Kassiopi and the lovely restaurants of Avlaki and San Stefano. The outdoor space, pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing and perfect for holiday, really attractive and well designed. The hosts were also very helpful.
