Es gab einen tollen sehr großen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und die albanische Küste. Wir sind mit zwei Familien gereist und jeder hatte genug Platz. Die Kommunikation verlief vorbildlich.

Good location. Walking distance to harbour and beach
Very dated. Needs modernising. Pool and pool area too small for size of villa. Garden scruffy needs some maintenance. Mops buckets left on terrace in front of villa and by pool some rubbish in garden. Bathrooms can’t be cleaned because tiles and flooring in poor condition. Upper bathrooms had a bad drain smell upper floors had horrendously squeaking floorboards. Even entrance gate needs painting. Outdoor furniture in poor condition and Uncomfortable . It’s a shame as it could be lovely
