About this villa rental
This lovely Villa, designed with the traditional Mexican style, has full views of the ocean on every level. -As you walk up the cascading stairs into the home, you will know you are somewhere special.
-- The first level has two large private master suites with outdoor covered seating and open views of the ocean.
--Walk a few stairs up to enjoy the Cabo sun on the main level patio complete with water falls, sitting pool, hot tub and dipping pool. The patio has an outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining space.
--Inside the main level, you will find an open living and kitchen area which faces the pool. On one end of the room, there is a large flat screen tv, and stereo, along with plenty of sitting space to relax indoors. On the other end is a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area in front of a large bay window.
--walk a few more stairs to find two more large private master suites complete with covered seated areas, hanging hammocks for napping and enjoying the views and more sunny seating.
--There is a loft in between the master suites upstairs with a large day bed and gaming area.
--The top level has vast spaces with more ample views and seating, a gas fire pit and king size day bed under shady palapa. This is also a great spot for stargazing and watching the sun rise and set over the ocean!
--All bed rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions
--Free wireless internet
--Wireless printer in main living room
--Filtered water systems in the throughout the entire villa.
--A full time housekeeper and concierge come with the rental, allowing you to relax and let them arrange all your reservations and household needs.

We were fortunate enough to get to travel to Cabo in December and stay in Casa Cascadas over New Year's. There were 8 of us in our group - all family. My husband and I have been coming to Cabo for decades and usually stay at resorts like Esperanza, Chileno Bay, and Palmilla. This was our adult daughters' first trip so we did a VRBO with family (all cousins ages 15-21). There are many positives for this home and just a couple of things to be aware of.
First, Pedregal is a gorgeous neighborhood BUT it is a windy, bumpy road up and taxi's to town do get expensive when you are a party of 8. Going up and down the hill to town is about $35/ each way ($4/ person). BUT with that windy road up, comes the VIEW! It is spectacular from the house. We whale watched every day from the pool (the house came with binoculars and we brought our own). Truly incredible. And the sunset from the roof is perfect!
Be aware that Casa Cascadas has lots of steps and no elevator so it would not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. The four bedrooms are all King beds and the views from each are amazing. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is putting in drawer and shelf liners (a small detail that goes a long way). Some of the drawers are covered in make up from previous guests. Also we did have some trouble with the hot water only getting warm in the showers and going cold quickly but Ernesto came by and remedied it.
Which brings me to Ernesto (concierge) and Paola (housekeeper). They are incredible! Paola came every day and the house was spotless! And anything we needed Enesto was just a WhatsApp text away. He responded immediately to any request - dinner reservations, taxis to town, excursions, etc. He arranged for groceries and booze to be delivered to the house before we arrived and was there to greet us as soon as we pulled in. He even went to La Dolce (recommended by the house owner) in person to make us a reservation for dinner when they didn't answer the phone. And that was our favorite dinner (definitely go there!).
Overall we had an excellent experience and hated to leave when our week was up. Staying at Casa Cascadas was a great way to start a new year!

If you are looking for a great vacation get away that boasts an amazing view ,this is the place for you. Great pool, open floor plan, multilevel view points, and a perfect spot to see both an amazing sunrise and sunset. The staff will make your stay a real treat!

Casa Cascadas is fabulous! We had no reason to ever leave the place - but we did go out to dinner a couple of nights and we went on a snorkeling excursion. Everything you need is provided. The food is fantastic. The beds were comfy and there were many outdoor spots to take a siesta! We will go again...
