Our experience at Villa Las Flores was absolutely amazing. The property management team was very accommodating. We had a group of 13 and there was plenty of room for the entire group. I would definitely recommend this house!

I recently stayed at Villa Las Flores with 12 of my good friends and we had a blast! The home was top notch, very clean, spacious, with a large patio and incredible view of Pedregal Beach and the Pacific. The place easily slept our party with essentially everyone having their own bed, as there were 6 Kings and 6 twins. The pool is a little on the small side compared to some of the other homes in Pedregal, but it did the trick. A bonus about the pool is that it's heated. The highlight of the trip for me was just lounging and sunbathing on the patio with a beer or cocktail in hand, feet in the pool, and listening to tunes on the outdoor speaker system. However, we did go to Medano Beach during the day and downtown at night, and Villa Las Flores is conveniently located to both, only about a 5-10 min cab ride.
Nanci, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive leading up the trip, giving recommendations on things to do and answering any questions. We had her provision the home with groceries before arriving, which I'd highly recommend, however, beware lots of the groceries have a 30% import tax, so it can get pretty pricey.
Overall, it was a great stay with great service. I look forward to coming back.
