Lovely Ludlow visit in central, quirky, spacious apartment.

Spacious and clean. Great communication with owner and easy to use heating/tv. Location for Ludlow quite central too-once car parked up outside didn’t have to think about it due to parking permit. Quirkiest most ingenious bathroom door I’ve ever seen upstairs…

Nothing that we didn’t like…the space at the bottom of the stairs for removing shoes before entering flat is restrictive but we soon worked out to just do it one person at a time!

A Lovely Christmas Stay at a Elegant Apt. in Ludlow.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment over Christmas, it’s proximity to the town centre meant that everything was on the doorstep, the free parking outside the premises was a great bonus. Communication with the owners was excellent and the information provided from gaining access to the use of the many facilities provided within the beautifully equipped apartment were clear and easy to follow. There were Christmas decorations throughout the apartment and the tree was gorgeous. Overall the apartment met all our expectations, thank you and we look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful apartment.

The apartment was beautiful. The hosts left us bread, biscuits and cereals ect which made us feel very welcomed. The location was perfect . I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return. .

Stylish and luxurious both apply to this accommodation. It was lovely to feel part of historic Ludlow.

Ideally situated. The owners were so helpful and informative before our visit that I knew exactly what to expect.

Hard to fault. When we arrived the weather was awful - the entrance hall is very small so squashed with 2 people and 2 bags trying to get shoes off and trying to get in out of the rain. Not a issue really - next time will stagger entry. I hope there will be a next time as our visit was short and I would definitely rebook.

Great stay, well appointed property and fantastic location

Immaculately clean, comfy beds and spacious apartment. Excellent kitchen facilities with a few added extras. Fantastic communication with hosts, perfect location for Ludlow on a peaceful road. Would highly recommend.

Quirky, well appointed but not luxury. Attentive hosts.

Location Professional host. Styling/soft furnishings and linens. Spacious living/kitchen Character of property Lovely bread, butter milk cereals etc provided. Clear instructions re arrival and departure etc. comfy bed once in it. I gave my shoulder a nasty bang on the window/ceiling slope.

Small bedroom with boiler in cupboard. I would not be comfortable sleeping in a room with this. No room around the bed with small basic shower room. Low sloping ceilings/ no headroom in 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Could do with nice toiletries. Some basics provided.

The 2 bed apartment is a great base for exploring Ludlow and the surrounding countryside

The central location in the picturesque, historic town of Ludlow was brilliant, with lots of eateries nearby. The attractive sitting room and roomy kitchen diner were great for two couples to relax and chat. It was good to have 2 ensuite bathrooms (one with shower one with bath/shower). Andy, the host, was very friendly and helpful...especially making the parking very straightforward...and easy to contact.

Both bedrooms could be described as quirky. As the accommodation is on the first and second floors there are a lot of stairs. However this was all made clear in the information on booking.com so we knew what to expect.

Fantastic location and lovely cottage

Fantastic location for Ludlow - in the centre of town. A very well equipped, cosy cottage with everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Lovely touches with some fresh bread, milk, tea, coffee and jam left for us on arrival. Great communal spaces ideal for the 4 of us - both in the kitchen and in the lounge. The communication was excellent and hosts were lovely and very accommodating.

Enjoyable mini break in the lovely town of Ludlow !

We liked the location very central just a short walk to the Castle and town centre. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and the old style character of the property was charming.

The downstairs shower does need some work on the silicone sealant which has gone mouldy. Also I missed not having a pyrex measuring jug in the kitchen to make my porridge and some bubble bath to maximise the use of the lovely bath upstairs would have been appreciated.

Very disappointing- the advertised reference to this being a luxury property is horribly misleading

Location, comfortable beds, quiet

- the first floor bedroom had a noxious smell from arriving to leaving, possibly due to mould/ damp in the adjoining shower or cupboard in the bedroom. No wardrobe. - ground floor shower: you couldn’t swing a cat in it, terribly small and smelly with mould bits on the shower walls/ grouting. There was no shelf to put shower gel or shampoo. The extractor can did not work. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and badly positioned. Showering was a dreadful experience - kitchen: very basic appliances - beko oven and hob (not premium brands). Oven smelled of burnt and had seen a lot of wear and tear. Oven tray had baked in burnt bits. No sponge to wipe dishes - sitting room: only one sofa and 2 uncomfortable small armchairs. Very miminimalist - second bedroom on second floor: nice space but there was no useable wardrobe because there was a hazard of a big ceiling beam to crawl around/ over to get to it, and a lot of the cupboard was being used for storage (duvets etc) - second bathroom: my father hit his head a couple of times because there was barely room to stand up and the bath is positioned under one of the eves (sloping roof). The bath was also very deep and he struggled to get out. - steep staircase from the front door up to the first floor of the flat with impossibly tiny area to take shoes off (per house instructions). We won’t be back, expectations were high from the ‘luxury’ advertising/ property description. Sadly the property fell massively short - very basic accommodation that needs updating.

Perfect Base for Exploring Ludlow.

Everything! A luxury 2 bed apartment is exactly what it is. The hosts are fab, communicating well & providing little extras, such as cereal, fresh bread, teas & coffees, cookies, milk. The location is perfect! So close to town & the castle. The apartment is stunning! Clean, quirky & spacious. Would love to go back & would highly recommend to friends & family.

Wonderful!

Beautiful and peaceful haven in easy walking distance of everything in town. Andy was very helpful arranging allergy free bedding, and also let us know the apartment and parking were ready early so we could get settled before a big event at the castle. We can’t wait to come back!

A lovely, elegant and tranquil apartment in a lovely and historic setting.

The apartment was elegant in a beautiful historic setting. It was very tastefully furnished and light and airy. The kitchen was well appointed with good plates, glasses and cutlery. The sofas, chairs and beds were lovely and comfortable. It all created a very calm environment that felt like a home rather than a rental property. We would definitely return to this property.

The front door could be slightly fiddly, but not really an issue. Being a period property, there was the odd low beam or low ceiling where you had to be careful. But in general the ceilings were very high.

The apartment is located close to the centre of beautiful Ludlow in a quiet and very pretty street. The decor in the apartment, particularly in the master bedroom is beautiful. We had everything we needed and our hosts could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a stay in Shropshire.

Beautifully furnished, very comfortable apartment close to Ludlow centre. The owners provided a generous welcome pack and were very helpful with advice regarding extra parking, meals out etc.

A brilliant location to explore the lovely town of Ludlow. The apartment was comfortable and cosy.

Lovely homely apartment with lovely touches like bread/milk/cookies. It was made to look very "Christmassy" as well - which was perfect. The location is excellent with so many attractions and amenities close by.

It was a little tight when entering and leaving the property as we were asked to remove outdoor shoes and coats - but was not a major issue.
