About this cottage rental
Welcome to Lagrèze gîtes.
Gite Autoire is a delightful one bedroom gîte with en-suite and open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, set within 1.5 acres of grounds with access to a 12 x 6m swimming pool (shared between our 4 gites). Situated between the villages of Mayrinhac-Lentour and Thégra, deep in the scenic Lot countryside. This is our fourth season running our gites and we will do our very upmost to ensure your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible.
Gite Autoire is one of four gites housed in our 18th century barn, nestled in 1.5 acres of gardens.
The barn consists of the following accommodation...
Gite Champollion (3-bedroom, sleeps 6)
Gite Fenelon (2-bedroom, sleeps 5)
Gite Autoire (1-bedroom, sleeps 2)
Gite Amadour (1-bedroom, sleeps 2)
All the gîtes have been lovingly restored and have their own private areas.
The gite includes a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/diner with a large TV with French FreeSat channels plus a DVD player with a small collection of DVDs.
Wifi available free of charge.
All bed linen, towels, beach towels and tea towels are provided.
A shared laundry room is available which includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cot, high chair, baby bath and changing mat are available upon request.
Table tennis is available on site.
With a 12m x 6m swimming pool (shared between our 4 gites) in tranquil surroundings, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
A terrace area is also available complete with table and chairs accessed by the French doors from the gite.
Autoire is also ideally located for guests interested in outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, canoeing etc, in addition to appealing to those who are a little less energetic just wishing to tour the nearby vineyards, medieval towns, day/evening markets and sample the fabulous local cuisine from a choice of local restaurants or you can simply enjoy the stunning Lot countryside.
For an additional charge of 20 euros, we can arrange for your gite to be cleaned midway through your stay. Generally, this would apply to lets of 2 weeks or more.

We loved everything about Valerie and Andrew’s gite. The location is beautiful- quiet and rural. We very much enjoyed using the lovely swimming pool. The gite itself was lovely- clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were left a very much appreciated welcome basket of goodies too. The hosts were there to greet us and were available next door if we needed them. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you very much.

Arriving late, not having done any shopping we were saved by your welcome basket.A nice glass of wine in the evening and a breakfast. Andrew’s advice for the Sundaymorning market in St Céré helped us further. Romanesque churches, castles and the gouffre de Padirac were within easy reach. Autoire is a spacious op gite for 2 with a terrace on one side and the swimming pool at the other Ideal!

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Andrew, le gîte est bien aménagé dans un cadre campagnard bucolique, très bien situé pour visiter la région, proche des grands sites touristiques tel que le gouffre de Padirac, Roquamadour et autres villages typiques.
Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.
