Apartment for 6+2 persons in Villa Zlata has excellent location in the bay of the small town of Mlini, which is 10 km from the center of Dubrovnik. The charming place Mlini got its name from the several mountain springs with drinking water, which are to this day in the area. Mlini is famous for its beaches, pine Promenada along the sea, walking through which you will feel the aroma of the pine trees and the sea. This is a wonderful vacation place close to the sea. On the 1st floor: Living room has got a large balcony overlooking the park and sea, where guests have a furniture for relaxing. Dining room has a large table for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with washing machine close to the kitchen.
On the 2nd floor: There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds 90 * 200 , sofa bed for 2 persons and bathroom with tub. The Master bedroom has double bed 180 *200. There is large balcony overlooking the park and the sea, equipped with furniture for relaxation. Private bathroom with shower.
In the attic: The bedroom has got a double bed 140*200. The balcony is not large and overlooking of terrace with swimming pool. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. Main attraction of the stone terrace is a 20 m2 pool in front of the house. The pool has an area with a jacuzzi, a geyser and counter flow swimming system. Evening pool lights shimmer in different colors. Plateau around the pool is equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs 5 pc. The pool can be used by all guests of the villa.
