The house overall was very comfortable and enough space to accommodate the 4 of us and be together or have some privacy.
Overall the stay was fine, but there are a few things I feel like the Owners should know about. The code we were given to get into the house did not work, so I had to call and then was given a code to get the key out of the lockbox. Since we were using the key to get in/out during our stay, the lock is “tricky” as the deadbolt thumb turn just spins until something finally inside the lock engages and then the deadbolt will unlock or lock. We managed, but it was cumbersome to use it. There could have been more kitchen trash bags available. All the instructions need to be updated, but specifically the Check out instructions. You put all your trash in the trash bin, which is fine, but there were instructions crossed out about putting the bin down on the road for pickup. We were packing up just as the trash truck came and he paused like he was expecting the bin to be there. There was no mention if we’re to gather towels and sheets or just leave them for cleaning staff. There was no mention if you are allowed to park in the garage. If you are not, it should clearly state that on way or another. They address parking in front and down near road, so it implied not to use the garage. We did not end up parking in it.
