The accommodation is located on the attic floor of a modern building, positioned to the south, it has a wide view of the sea and partly of the hills surrounding Sanremo. Its dominant position makes it particularly silent, the balconies and the large terrace that surround it increase the living spaces. On the large solarium that serves the living area, the kitchens and the living room, it is possible to sunbathe, have meals and maybe cook with the barbacue. All in maximum privacy just a few minutes from the city center.
The kitchen is large and sunny, equipped with every useful accessory (oven, plate, dishwasher etc ...) with ample space to comfortably find space for up to six people.
The leaving area, also overlooking the large solaium, warm and welcoming, allows you to spend relaxing time in front of the TV or reading a book while relaxing.
The bedrooms, both with balcony, overlook the west side and have a wide view of the hills facing. Finally, the bathroom, equipped with shower, with adjoining balcony with washing machine, completes the spaces of the house.
Access to the accommodation is very easy because the building is served by a lift, the parking space is private inside the condominium spaces.
