Beautiful villa with pool and garden in Pollença.
This spectacular villa is located on the outskirts of Pollença, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. The house, rustic style, is fully equipped and has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. But without a doubt, the most spectacular aspect of the villa is the exterior: it has a large swimming pool, an impressive garden of natural grass surrounding the property and several furnished terraces perfect to spend time outdoors and enjoy the wonderful weather that the island offers.
The property is located in a rural area very close to Pollença, one of the most charming areas of the island. Known as one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca, it is a pleasure to walk through the center and its narrow streets and admire its architecture. There you will find supermarkets, a multitude of services and you can enjoy its extensive gastronomic and cultural offer. It is also close to Port de Pollença and its large sandy beach. It is also one of the best areas for water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing ... You can also walk along the seafront, bordering the sea, or enjoy some of the terraces of the many restaurants you will find. The almost unspoilt coves of Formentor or Cala Sant Vicenç are also a must.

It was a really nice home and swimmingpool. The garden was beautiful. The Owner was really nice and he gave some vegetables from the garden, very friendly. It was our 3rd stay in Pollenca and we will definitely come back for the 4the time. Location quiet. Happy with the vans:) thank you again for the nice stay

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing holiday in a quiet location. It was suitable for all ages and with the hired car accessible to many different beautiful beaches and facilities in only a few minutes. To be fussy the stay could have been improved with a welcome pack of important information e.g. how to dispose of rubbish, when pool would be cleaned, instructions for use of washing machine, nearest medical centre etc. Also a few tiles in the pool were broken on the steps and both my boys kept cutting their feet. We also invested in slip on sandals to wear on the grass as on the first day I stepped on a wasp and had a nasty reaction. On closer inspection there were many wasps in the grass. We also advise you that all food should be kept in the fridge except fully sealed packets or tins as there was lots of ants, typical for a property of this type. In the double bedroom more shelf/draw space would have been useful. A sign with the name of the villa at the top of the drive would have been very helpful when we were trying to find it on the first day. Thank you
