This charming vacation home is built of natural stone and is located in a quiet, rural residential area, just 2 km from the popular town of Pollença in the northwest of the island of Mallorca.
The fine-sand beaches of Puerto Pollença are about 5 km away.
From the front patio, the front door leads directly into the living room, which features a cozy sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning stove, as well as the dining area.
To the right of this is the modern built-in kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
Also located on the first floor:
a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there are three additional bedrooms. These consist of two bedrooms with double beds and one twin bedroom, which share a full family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a large balcony with a magnificent view of the rural surroundings and the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains.
All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, which is controlled by a timer.
The third bathroom is located on the first floor and is accessible via the terrace with a BBQ.
The outdoor area features several invitingly furnished terraces surrounding the house, as well as a brick barbecue for cozy al fresco dining.
The pool features a Roman staircase (stone steps) and is surrounded by a well-manicured lawn and a lush garden. It includes plenty of sun loungers and a reed parasol. For entertainment, there is a ping-pong table
