About this villa rental
Villa Jardi is a truly traditional Mallorcan country house, accessed through an attractive arch and surrounded by extensive gardens with flowers, shrubs and orange trees. Located just 5 minutes by car from the virgin beach of Cala San Vicente and protected by the high mountains of Tramuntana, this villa is a perfect refuge to enjoy all the peace and atmosphere that Mallorca can offer.
Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors. The main entrance doors lead to a large hallway (which also serves as a dining room) with stairs leading to the first floor. To the left is a purposely-built kitchen with many traditional features (as well as a ground-level pantry and an adjacent laundry room). An arch leading from the hallway/dining room leads to a living room with comfortable sofas, traditional Mallorcan features. On the ground floor, there is also a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there is another living room with comfortable sofas, 3 bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms. The rooms are, respectively, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, all beautifully furnished and full of character.
Both the entrance doors and the kitchen door lead to the partially covered dining terrace, the barbecue and the pool area. The terrace is beautifully furnished with outdoor armchairs, while there is also a pergola with shade for guests to enjoy and relax during the hottest hours of the day. The L-shaped pool is surrounded on three sides by lawn and on the other side by a patio with a stone barbecue and dining table and chairs. There is another table and chairs just in front of the kitchen, ideal for breakfast.
Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
POOL: Roman stairs 10 m wide x 5 m (depth from 1 m to 2.20 m)
The tourist tax is included in the price.
Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Love the area visited last year, the location of this villa is perfect for visiting surrounding towns and beaches. Villa was great everything we needed, fab pool and outside area, the villa inside is charming and authentically Spanish would definitely recommend :)

This was a perfect home for the 6 of us to enjoy our climbing holiday, right near the mountains and 10 mins from the sea - a beautiful and tranquil space. We barbecued almost every night and had group dinners, enjoyed the pool to cool down in the evenings and very clean and spacious.

The villa was great. The outside area is lovely, we loved picking oranges and lemons in the orchard and the pool is a good size. Inside is very comfortable and all the rooms are a good size.
We had issues with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the owners came out quickly to try and sort, eventually the whole unit had to be replaced but this was done without inconveniencing our stay and luckily we didn’t need the air conditioning on every night.
The location is great for going into Pollenca and the local supermarkets. It’s really easy to get to Cala Sant Vincenc and also other areas of the north. I think it’s a bit too far to walk into Pollenca but only a €10 taxi ride if you want to leave the car at the villa.
I would definitely consider returning to this villa.

Die Finca ist einmalig. Sehr gut ausgestattet. In einer Premium-Lage: Pollenca (5 min), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Eroski 4 min).
Strände: Cala San Vicente (Felsenbucht mit kleinem Sandstrand 10 min), Alcudia (15-20 min), Can Picafort (sehr schöner Sandstrand 30 min).
Flughafen (45 min über die Autobahn).
Die Einrichtung der Finca: Es mangelt an nichts!
Die Liebe zum Detail ist überall erkennbar, ein echtes mallorquinisches Ambiente. Landschaftlich toll uns sehr ruhig gelegen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Tour durch das Tramuntana-Gebirge nach Soller, Deia und Valdemossa.
Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen und war auch noch Mitte Oktober zwar frisch, aber warm genug zum baden.
die ansonsten herrliche Ruhe ein bisschen. Kann sie nicht zu anderen Tageszeiten laufen, als gerade am Vormittag und frühen Nachmittag?
