The beautiful Villa Cuxac De Na Joana is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and located in a rural setting on the outskirts of the charming old town of Pollensa. The house, built in typical Mallorcan style, is ideal for accommodating 6 people and offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Each room has access to the terrace and views of the pool. The house is perfect for families with children and, among its additional amenities, you will find Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, a cot, a high chair, and a wood stove for colder days. A fantastic outdoor area with a large pool, a well-kept garden full of plants, a covered terrace, and a ping-pong table promise hours of outdoor relaxation. In the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, you can enjoy a glass of wine and a barbecue together with your loved ones. This villa is ideal for families and especially for seniors or people with disabilities, as it is a single-storey building. In addition, thanks to its good location, Pollensa with its restaurants and shops is just one kilometer away, and the bay with fine sandy beaches is less than ten minutes by car.

Pros: Die Finca verfügt über eine tolle Terrasse mit Überdachung, unter der man super die Tage und Nächte verbringen kann. Außerdem war der Pool unser Highlight, er ist perfekt für Kinder geeignet, da er ganz flach anfängt und stetig immer tiefer wird. Perfekt um das Schwimmen zu lernen. Die Wassertemperatur hat uns alle sehr überrascht, da sie sehr warm ist. Auch die Wasserrutsche hat uns allen sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Überall im Garten gibt es Schattenplätze, wo man auch bei 35 °prima aushalten kann.
Die Gesamte Finca verfügt über top funktionierende Klimaanlagen und in jedem Zimmer ist zusätzlich noch ein Ventilator vorhanden, der bei uns in Dauerbetrieb war. Die Lage der Finca ist super, da man Stadtzentrum und Supermärkte in unter 15 Minuten erreichen kann. Handtücher waren genügend zur Verfügung. Es gab sogar ein babybett und 2 Hochstuhle vorhanden.
Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war perfekt.
Cons: Leider gab es außer einer Kapselmaschine keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keinen Filter, sodass das Kaffee kochen zu einer Herausforderung wurde. Vorhandene Pfannen waren leider etwas verbraucht, in nächster Zeit werden aber vlt einmal ein paar neue angeschafft.

Pros: Eigentlich ALLES:Garten und Outdoor-Küche sind ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist ruhig aber man kann dennoch nach Pollenca spazieren. Das Haus ist sehr groß und mehr als gut ausgestattet - uns hat wirklich gar nichts gefehlt.
Das absolute Highlight sind aber die Vermieter selbst: unglaublich herzlich und freundlich und stets zur Stelle, wenn was ist. Da unsere Waschmaschine nicht funktionierte, kam am selben Tag noch eine krachneue.
Jederzeit wieder!!!!
