    1. Broken elevator for the entire stay (we had to walk up 3 floors to our room) 2. Music was extremely loud on Friday and Saturday night. You can hear music clearly from the room. It goes on until midnight. 3. We got the 3rd floor room (disability room) it seems like the bed is worn off.. you can feel and hear the spring on the bed. The bed is also dented. 4. No water bottle refill daily. (we had to ask everyday) 5. Not enough lights in the room especially near the mirror. It was a nightmare trying to put on make up in this room! 6. Because it is a disability accessible room, all of the bathroom toiletries were on the floor.. which were not convenient for us since there is no table in the bathroom.

    We stayed here once years ago and had a mostly positive experience. However, we were a lot less happy the second time around. The worst of it was the AC issues; my wife's mother was in a room without working AC, the technician never showed up, and she spent two nights sleeping in a 75 degree room even after complaining multiple times. The hotel didn't even have a fan for her. Elevator was also broken when we arrived, so we had to walk up to the third floor. Huge line for check-in as a result of them having to carry the bags up without sufficient staff on hand. Also a lot of annoyances with the room. For example, one night stand had no available outlets to charge devices, and the lamp was impossible to use because they zip tied the switch in an unreachable area on the back and bottom of the night stand. There's no towel station at the pool; you have to rely on an attendant giving you towels, and you just have to leave them wherever when you're done (no designated bin). For the price, including a "resort fee", I'm not OK with this. I expected better.

    I’m writing this review night 1 at 5am because I can’t even sleep due to the warm room and sweating while trying to sleep! Requested maintenance 2x and 2nd time the guy looked at thermostat and said he would check big machine and never returned. The room did not include dry off or large towels and when requested was told to wait until 7am. The pool area is basically for those on the 1st floor due to limited lounge chairs next to their rooms saved by wet towels. I regret choosing Lennox Miami.
