About this villa rental
This is a Unique Private Villa (430 sq. m.) featuring 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on 25 Acres of land with orange trees and a huge garden. It also features 2 large living rooms.
The villa features 2 large living rooms where parents and kids can have fun separetely if they wish to do so.
In the second living room there are two sofa beds and a single bed so the total guests we can accomodate are 16.
There are two dining tables: there is one dining table for 10 guests in the living room upstairs and one dining table for 6 guests in the living room downstairs. Also, the kitchen has a table for 4 people.
It is only 6 min drive to Nafplion (4.5km away).
It has an amazing 150 sq. meter Heated Swimming Pool and a fully equipped barbecue.
It also features a Tennis court with lights, a four seater golf cart, beautiful garden with lights, ping-pong, three 4K UHD TV with Satellite channels, Netflix, Disney+, COSMOTE TV, NOVASPORTS, Home Cinema 5.1, Playstation 4 Pro (4K gaming), Fast Wifi Internet, A/C and Heating throughout the whole Villa.
Update: In 2026 we installed a volleyball court in the garden and a football court for your entertainment!
Please note that there is a Golf Cart on the property. Guests are welcome to use it ONLY IF THEY HAVE A VALID DRIVING LISCENCE. Thank you for your understanding.
In 2019, we renovated all the bathrooms to the highest standard. Each bedroom has its own uniquely styled bathroom. We have also redone wooden floors and repainted the house inside.
The tennis court has also been repainted to the highest standard.
There is a large water reservoir around the swimming pool with fresh water which is used to water the orange trees, the water is fresh as it is changed every 5-6 days, we have inflatable boats which can be used on it!
Extra cleaning is provided on request
Mrs Areti and Mr. Slavic live in a separate house on the property and provide extra cleaning as well as taking care of the swimming pool and the garden. They will also bring you fresh eggs from our chickens and vegetables from our organic garden when available
They will also respect your privacy of course.
Please note that we can arrange Tennis lessons, if you would like that please contact us in advance so we can arrange it.
If you need any help, Mr. Slavic, the caretaker is available to help you as he lives in the house nearby. I, John am also available at any time to answer any questions you have and to make your stay the best possible 😀.
I can offer you suggestions for Beaches, restaurants, bars, archeological sites to visit as well as help you with finding a taxi and order food from restaurants nearby. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
