Квартира просторная, удобное расположение, есть стиральная машина
Много мебели и бытовых предметов в квартире уже в изношенном состоянии, кровати неудобные, в гостиной-кухне предлагается спать прямо на диване с дополнительным тонким матрасом или раскладушке, постельное белье с дырками, кондиционер только в одной комнате (кухне). Вход в бассейн за отдельную плату, но с детьми до 14 лет его посещать нельзя (в описании квартиры это не указано)

Property owner is very humble and soft spoken person
small apart for five person stay good for two only
secure exit and entrance of apartment
minor maintenance is needed
some basic things needed at the time of check in like tea or coffee, water and tissues
bit noisy at night time due to dogs are barking
