I was allocated in ground floor and the view is not nice, next time I I’ll love to be place in the upper floors

I loved how cozy it was. Lovely for a young couple. Had everything you need for the weekend.
The pillows were abit uncomfortable, but it was okay for the night. Could have used more towels for the pool area. There was a noise that kept going off and on every couple hours, I couldn’t pick up what noise it was though. The security guard was super rude and they treated their job as if they were going it for the first time, very lost in what they were doing when we came to check in.

Ground floor and Uber puchup
The registration to get access is excessive and violates POPIA, they capture copies of ur Identity Documents and with no guarantee where these copies end up this is room for fraudulent risk.
