Bedroom is quite light in the morning while the lounge has blackout curtains would suggest putting blackout in bedroom too.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the shops and restaurants. It was also nice to have a aircon in the room (or heater, as it was a bit chilly over the weekend).
There are a few items that need some tlc, but nothing major.

Shower missing a panel so water sprayed out and wet floor. Sink in kitchen missing a plug so had to use a glass as plug and manage around it. Had no DSTV initially but Travis vame and loaded it.
