The check-in procedure was easy. The security guards were incredibly friendly & helpful - assisted us right to the parking bay. The apartment was clean, I was not expecting some of the amenities such as a fridge with filtered water. There were ample plugpoints for both 2 and 3 pin plugs. Even though I brought my ironing mat, I was pleasantly surprised to find an ironing board as well. The beds and pillows were clean & comfortable. Excellent value for money.
The only con which is no fault of the host, is that the noise of the staff and people downstairs travels up. The complex is quite tight so I guess that was to be expected.
