The location was perfect. Had a perfect view of the beach from the apartment. This was a self-catering accommodation, however, there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar all available given the time frame i had. The host was extremely helpful at all times.
I dont have any gripes on this place.

I liked the view, the attention to detail of the host, she has fragrance in the toilet and unit. She had condiments out even though we didnt use it. I was surprised that she stocked charcoal that was a special touch. Very cozy and warm home.
I would have liked to be able to log into my private online streaming accounts like Prime for example. The incident with the water on arrival as the mains were off. But the host did everything to try resolve any and all issues.
From a venue perspective, the passages didn't appear swept. I think Umhlanga Resorts could improve that especially if you walk up the stairs from the parking, the open shower is dirty. The security were phenomenal, so friendly and helpful. The rest of the facilities were well maintained.
